Runway is a modern international customer contact centre with offices in Oslo, Riga, Tallinn, Kaunas, Vilnius and Kiev. We provide a variety of communication-related services to medium and large-sized corporations around the world. Our clients are big international companies. Due to new client we are opening a Samsung department in Riga and are currently looking for:

Service Agent for Samsung project

Requirements:

•  Positive attitude and excellent soft skills
•  Willingness to help and solve problems
•  Fluent Norwegian/ Danish/ Finnish or Swedish languages, good English
•  Interest or experience in electronics preferred  
•  Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner
•  Good organizational skills

Responsibilities and work:

• Answer on Customer Services related calls from customers properly (using proper etiquette, actions and make proper decisions), e-mails and chats
• Report immediately to Team Leader about possible unclear things
• Planning and organizing the working hours so that the tasks are done properly
• Use all necessary programs with responsibility
• Closely work together with team leader to find solutions for customer
• Self-development (including attending training, developing relevant knowledge and skills - reading emails and following the project related news on a day-to-day basis)
